Our Mission
The Peter Corigliano IV Memorial Fund is dedicated to honoring Peter’s memory by providing support in various ways to children and families- easing the burden of care, providing comfort, and offering hope. Our goal is to give every child the opportunity to thrive, regardless of the challenges they face on their health journey.
Raised $20,000+
Since October of 2025 we have raised over $20,000 to help other children and their families.
Christmas Gifts to Children
Donated Christmas gifts and dinner gift cards to 13 families at Golisano Children’s Hospital, Rochester, NY.
Utica Zoo Exhibit Upgrade
Supported the Utica Zoo Red Panda Exhibit upgrade, honoring Peter’s love of animals.
About Peter
Peter was charismatic, with a contagious smile and a heart of gold. He had impeccable comedic timing and made everyone laugh. His dream was to become a doctor, and at his young age he had already been appointed as an honorary member of the Woods Valley Jr. Ski Patrol where he could regularly be found chatting it up in the patrol room.
While Peter is remembered for having many hobbies–including playing with Legos, skiing, swimming, playing doctor with his stuffed animals and playing in the snow for hours, the activity that he held most dear was spending time with his friends and family.
The bond Peter shared with his family resonates in the creation of this fund and will live on through the impact it will have on other local families.

Inaugural Fundraising Event!
May 9, 2026 | Woods Valley Ski Area starting at 2:00 PM
The Peter Corigliano IV Memorial Fund is proud to host its inaugural fundraising event on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the beautiful Woods Valley Ski Area beginning at 2:00 PM. This event will serve as the foundation’s primary annual fundraiser, bringing our community together to honor Peter’s memory while supporting children and families facing complex medical conditions.
Guests will enjoy an afternoon filled with live music, food, beverages (including one complimentary adult beverage with each admission ticket), family-friendly activities, and exciting basket raffles. Every dollar raised helps advance our mission to ease the burdens faced by families dealing with serious medical challenges, with a special focus on congenital heart defects.
